Uniclean 700 Series
Modular control system for measuring loops. Flexible electropneumatic controller for automated sensor cleaning with up to 3 cleaning media – air, water, and suitable chemical.
The system can be connected to any transmitter for pH/ORP/conductivity and oxygen sensors or from a PLC, but Knick has its own Stratos Multi-transmitter with its own software for running UniClean 700 if this is desired as a complete package.
The system can utilize sensor fittings for submersion in a tank (also an retractable version), flow-through (by-pass), and retractable sensor housings (the electrode is removed from the process, sealing it off) for tank or pipe wall mounting.
The system can be easily equipped for air and/or water flushing of the sensor, and can also be equipped with a small pump for supplying cleaning chemicals. This way, a complete cleaning of the sensor is achieved. A clean sensor measures correctly, while a sensor with film formation does not.
Simple modules for building the system are chosen by the end-user and assembled as needed.
