Pneumatic diaphragm pumps

Pneumatic diaphragm pumps are used for fluid transfer, in food production and chemical handling, as well as in lubrication and filling systems. The different models handle everything from water and acids to sludge and grease to meat and other high-viscosity products. The advantage of a pneumatic pump is that it can move large volumes while being compact, that it can be adapted to most types of fluids and chemicals; and that it is easy to maintain. Pneumatic pumps are self-priming, i.e. they create a vacuum and can pump liquid standing at a lower level with excellent suction power. They can stand under back pressure.

Choose high quality

Husky diaphragm pumps are available in a variety of sizes and models that allow them to be used in almost any process where liquid media is transported. Husky diaphragm pumps are some of the most reliable and efficient pumps on the market, minimizing the risk of costly plant downtime or fatal failures. They are easy to maintain, as Graco uses fewer components than its competitors. For example, the air valve is made from a single unit, so the control unit can be repaired without having to remove the entire pump from the system. Fewer components mean easier and less expensive maintenance.

Available in sizes from ¼” to 3”. Connection options: NPT, BSP and flange. Flow rate: up to 1,135 liters/min.
