Peristaltic pumps

Peristaltic pumps are experts for low flow rates up to 60l/min and dosing/precision. They function as positive displacement pumps and are well suited for liquids with low to medium viscosity. The advantage of a peristaltic pump is that it has few wearing parts and is gentle on particles in the liquid. It is an inline pump, but has few components in contact with the medium – this means few spare parts and easy maintenance.

Solo Tech is a series of peristaltic hose pumps with a single roller that rotates 360 degrees. This technology moves a larger volume of liquid per revolution ( up to 50%) than conventional peristaltic pumps. Wear is reduced (only one compression per revolution) and the hose life is significantly increased. The pump is easy to maintain, without the need for special tools. SoloTech is ideal for transporting materials that other types of pumps cannot handle due to varying density, viscosity, reactivity or particles. In addition, SoloTech pumps are reversible and can therefore be used to remove blockages or to empty pipe/hose lines.

Available in sizes: 10, 23, 26 and 30 mm, with flow rates up to 60 liters/min.

Operating options: BLDC (brushless), AC motor, AC ATEX approved motor and without motor (IEC flange). The AC versions are available with High, Medium or Low speed gearbox.

Construction: The pump is made of aluminum. The roller/roller is available in SST, PVDF or Hastelloy.

Hose material: Natural rubber (NR), hypalon rubber (CSM), nitrile rubber (NBR), EPDM rubber (EPDM).
