Steel and aluminum roofs on production premises

Topps Seal has been used by Sør-Norge Aluminium for several years due to its properties as a flexible roof membrane. It provides a waterproof roof, and also has an attractive surface.

“We have chosen to use Topps Seal because it is an economical and practical alternative to installing a completely new roof, and the application can be done without the use of heat. This saves labor costs and eliminates the risk of fire,” say representatives from Sør-Norge Aluminium.

Challenges:

The customer has large roof surfaces that need to be protected and that must always be sealed.

Topps paint system protects against water and rust, seals small holes, saves energy and dampens sound on metal roofs. Topps is so flexible that it can withstand any sudden temperature changes without cracking. At the same time, the system renews and protects aged metal, fiber cement, dense and unglazed bricks and roofing felt. In addition, Topps works even in unusual and steep roof profiles, creating a new weatherproof surface.
