Interior surfaces in food premises

The walls and ceiling were cleaned with Power Coat Wash and Degrease. Further pre-treatment involved removing loose old paint and matting the surfaces. Then
Power Coat Fungex disinfectant applied to all surfaces to be treated.

All mineral surfaces were treated twice with Aquapox. The first coat was diluted 3-5% with water to ensure maximum adhesion. To ensure sufficient dry
film thickness, the second coat was applied undiluted.

Challenges:

The customer wanted a surface that was easy to clean, had good chemical resistance, and had anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. The product had to be food-grade.
