Interior concrete floors in workshops and warehouses
Due to varying loads and conditions on the floors, a simple paint system was important. Power Coat Aquafloor gave the customer the flexibility they wanted.
The customer also uses the premises for demonstrations of floor scrubbers and high-pressure cleaners. It is therefore very important that the floor is neat at all times. Regular
maintenance is required.
A floor scrubber was used for washing and degreasing before the floor was treated once with Power Coat Aquafloor.
Challenges:
The customer has a warehouse and workshop with moderate load, where all maintenance is done by their own personnel. The floor has previously been treated with various types of epoxy.
The customer wanted a flexible paint system with good mechanical properties.
Simple paint systems, with good local follow-up from the supplier were crucial. JS Cock, which has a large selection of different paint systems, was therefore chosen.
