Valves and instruments water and sewage
Double eccentric butterfly valves from MIV are used as on/off or control valves.
Control valves from Cla-Val are ideal for pressure reduction, flow control, pressure relief, pipe rupture or level control.
Butterfly valves from Gemü with drinking water approved EPDM seat and two-piece spindle can withstand higher Kv values.
Gate valves from CMO or Wey (Sistag AG) are available in several different series with, among other things, one- or two-way sealing, V-port, rising and non-rising stem, actuator, etc.
Check valves for water and sewage from Zetkama, Red Valve and MIV can be supplied in most variants such as nozzle, ball, disk, spring, damper and flex (Duckbill).
Diaphragm valves from Gemü are a good choice for on/off and regulation. The body is available in several materials with diaphragms in EPDM, FKM, NBR, PTFE, CR or NR.
Gate valves from Zetkama and MIV are recommended for drinking water, as they have a high leak tightness. Offered with epoxy coating from 250µm and EPDM rubberized gate.
We offer inlet filters, H-filters, Y-filters or basket filters from MIV, I-Flow and Cla-Val. These are available in several sizes and mesh densities.
Ball valves for water and sewage from I-Flow in acid-proof steel or PVC ball valves from Gemü can be supplied as manual with lever or with actuator. Available with threads, weld ends, wafer or flange.
We can offer hatches (penstocks) from, among others, CMO or Wey (Sistag AG). These are delivered complete with steering wheel, gear or actuator.
Pinch valves from Red Valve are highly reliable when it comes to regulation and shut-off in applications that handle abrasive or corrosive materials.
Electromagnetic flow meters from Isoil are available from DN03 to DN3000, and with an accuracy of 0.4%-0.8%. The meters are fully certified and approved for installation without a straight line.
Raven-Eye radar flow meters from Flow Tronic are unique velocity meters combined with level meters for calculating flow in open channels and chutes.
Radar level meters from Vega, Nivelco and Chemitec use 80GHz technology with Bluetooth connectivity and configuration.
Multi-parameter meters for environmental monitoring from Aquaread are used to measure several measurement parameters simultaneously and can be equipped with several different sensors. For example, pH, conductivity, oxygen, turbidity, nitrate, etc.
Sensors and controllers for on-line water analysis from Partech/In-Situ and Chemitec are recommended for continuous monitoring of parameters such as color number, turbidity, suspended solids, sludge level, free chlorine, etc.
Vacuum water samplers from WaterSam are available as fixed or portable versions, with or without distributor and refrigerator. Up to 9 different sampling programs, and with self-emptying, self-cleaning and rinsing.
Graco double diaphragm pumps, hose pumps and drum pumps are known for their high quality and reliability. We recommend the new electric Quantm pump which is very energy efficient compared to pneumatic pumps.
UVT and UV254 meters from Realtech provide accurate and continuous monitoring. Available in various models with automatic self-cleaning or chemical cleaning.
The ChemScan dye water analyzer from In-Situ provides accurate multi-parameter analysis, real-time data, and continuous monitoring.
Electric actuators in on/off or control versions are supplied by Auma, AV Actuators, Rotork and Heli, among others. We will find the right model for your purpose.
Pneumatic or hydraulic actuators can be found in our range from, among others, Rotork and Nutork. Available with torques from 10 – 600,000 Nm.
