The OBOS drill club in Karlstadgate in Oslo has had a makeover. Commissioned by OBOS, Jetnor from Maler Service Gjoklaj took on the job of completely renovating the facade and railings on balconies and in the stairs. Power Coat 3 in 1 was used for both the brick wall and the steel grilles. The steel grilles were dismantled where possible and sprayed in a tent down in the courtyard. Maler Service Gjoklaj used different application methods: spraying, spray can, roller and brush. The color choice fell on RAL 5003 sapphire blue, RAL 3003 ruby red and RAL 1021 rapeseed yellow. Both the painters and the end users are very satisfied with Power Coat and the result so far (the project is ongoing).
Power Coat 3 in 1 has unique rust-preventing properties and will protect both the brick wall and metal railings from weathering and corrosion. The product can be used as both a primer and topcoat, and it has excellent coverage even on difficult edges such as the gratings below.
