We are proud to announce that Power Coat 3 in 1 is now EPD certified.
An EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) is a third-party verified environmental declaration that documents a product's environmental impact throughout its life cycle. This makes it easier for painters, consultants and purchasers to specify sustainable products in public and private projects.
Power Coat 3 in 1 is now not only known for its covering power and corrosion protection effect – but also for its measurable sustainability:
- < 2 kg CO₂-ekvivalenter per kg produkt
- Over 90% lower climate impact than traditional paint systems
- Classified as WGK 1 (low water hazard)
- No zinc, lead, chromium or biocides
- CX corrosion protection according to ISO 12944-6
- Can be applied down to –10 °C and requires only mechanical pre-treatment (St 2)
We believe in making it easier to build and maintain with a focus on the environment and efficiency – and with the EPD in place, Power Coat 3 in 1 is ready for the most demanding tender processes.
