In November last year, contractor XK Malerfirma AS began the renovation of the new helicopter platform, which is now completed and ready for use.
They used Power Coat 3 in 1 RAL 9006 (light aluminum) as a top coat and RAL 7035 as the first. This is entirely possible with Power Coat 3 in 1, which acts as a primer and top coat in one. The advantage of using two different colors as the first and second coats is that you get better control over where you have already painted and that you achieve the desired film thickness. This way you can also use up paint from previous projects in the “wrong” color – it’s good for the bottom line and the environment. 🌳💰
