KEOFITT's history began in 1980, when engineer and brewer Kai Ottung founded the company. He worked with breweries around the world to improve product quality, developing a unique range of products for sterile sampling in breweries. Over time, their solutions were also adopted in other liquid-based industries, such as soft drinks, food and pharmaceuticals.

Sterilizable sampling valves

Their groundbreaking invention was a sterilizable sampling valve, designed to ensure that samples were taken in a clean and sterilized manner. This enabled operators and brewers to extract representative samples of their products. This valve became the very foundation of KEOFITT.

Since then, KEOFITT has continued to develop new solutions and improve existing products in the field of sampling. Their main goal has always been to offer customers hygienic and sterile solutions – and they have done so for over 40 years, ever since Kai Ottung started the journey. KEOFITT has a strong focus on maintaining high quality also in the future.

KEOFITT is established and has the majority of its production in Denmark. The head office is located in the southern part of the country, and approximately 95% of all production still takes place there. At the same time, they have built up a global distribution network, and sell sampling solutions to more than 60 countries, making them a global player in their field.
