Italian Galli & Cassina is a leading manufacturer of plug valves, with headquarters and production facilities covering 12,000 m²² i Solaro, just outside of Milan. The company was founded in 1919 and began by supplying valves to, among others, the chemical industry. Moving to larger premises in Solaro in 1991 marked a turning point for Galli & Cassina and the beginning of the company's oil and gas adventure: they initiated massive production of plug valves to serve the oil and gas market, becoming one of the most important suppliers to all international oil and gas companies worldwide. Galli & Cassina supplies customers in Europe, the Middle East, North and South America, and Asia, resulting in a sales and service network with subsidiaries, branch offices, and distributors worldwide.
