QIF Series OX2 – Full-bore flanged ball valve for oxygen service
Two-piece flanged stainless steel valve (CF8M body, SS316 ball) cleaned and certified for oxygen use
Built with V-type PTFE packing and Viton O-ring for secure sealing in high-purity gas environments
Delivered with locking handle; ISO 5211 mounting pad allows easy switch to actuator if required
Special care must be taken during installation to avoid contamination
- Available in DN15 to DN200; flange per EN 1092‑1, face-to-face per DIN 3202
- Degreased and particle-free, suitable for high-purity oxygen and clean gas systems
- Fire-safe design, tested to API 598; pressure class PN40 (DN15–50), PN16 (DN65–200)
- Monthly cycling and pre-service pressure relief recommended for safety
