QIF Series 002‑C – Full-bore 2‑piece flanged ball valve with handle & V‑packing
Stainless steel construction (CF8M body/cap, SS316 ball) designed for industrial service
ISO 5211 square stem and top. Included with handle for manual use, and actuator-ready
Available in DN15–DN200 with PN40 (DN15–50) and PN16 (DN65–200) flange ratings
Blow‑out-proof stem, V‑type PTFE packing with Viton O-ring, tested to API598
Operating temperature range −25 °C to +180 °C; suitable for water, steam, oil, gases
- Face-to-face per DIN 3202; flanges per EN 1092-1
- Torque values from 5 Nm (½″) up to 400 Nm (8″)
- Flow coefficient (Kv): from 19 m³/h (½″) to 8650 m³/h (8″)
- In-situ maintenance; bolt tightening torques & flange specs in manual
